This is a lovely place and plenty of seating outside to rest and the garden area is so cosy with the tables set out nicely, and inside is homely and comforting, I always go when I’m in the area and come away with a smile on my face xxx

4 adults and 1 child - we visited for the Tuesday pie night, we were not disappointed it was delicious and good value. Plenty of choice on the children's menu too. Lovely traditional pub.

The Wheatsheaf Inn hosted my sports club's annual social/awards evening in their fabulous skittle alley on 09/03/24. We had approximately 70 guests, varying in age from 7 years old to 95 years. The feedback from all the guests has been brilliant and all positive, especially on the food and service provided by the Wheatsheaf. It was a very successful event, with the Wheatsheaf team being a major reason for the success. I would not hesitate recommending this venue, and the club will be booking it again for next year's social/awards evening.

Me and my partner and pup went down for breakfast on Sunday and it was so lovely. Free tea and coffee which is unlimited and a lovely touch. The staff were so lovely especially the lady behind the bar (25th Feb 10:30ish) went above and beyond and even gave my pup a treat. Food was super fast and presentation was great and tasted amazing. Definitely will be back

Kid-friendliness: There’s a lovely kids menu which is such a good price.

Great establishment. We stopped here for Sunday dinner after exploring Bradgate Park for a couple of hours. Food was great, we all cleared our plates and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I shall be visiting again 👍
